These Terms & Conditions (« Terms ») apply to quotations, reservations and vehicle rental facilitated through our website, by telephone or via WhatsApp. The rental creates a contractual relationship supplemented by our rental agreement and handover checklist provided at pickup.
Eligibility
The driver named on the rental agreement must hold a valid driving licence which has been legally held for at least twelve months (requirements may vary by vehicle group). Minimum age thresholds may apply as stated at booking.
We reserve the right to refuse handover without refund of charges already borne if compulsory documents are irregular, incomplete or falsely presented.
Quotations & reservations
Rates depend on availability, periods, kilometres and options selected. Quotations expire if not expressly confirmed.
A reservation is validated only once we expressly confirm availability, rates and pickup location. Confirmation may rely on WhatsApp/email record.
Identities, addresses and copies of licences may be required before handing over keys.
Pickup & return
The vehicle condition is inspected at pickup via a jointly signed checklist. Any later claim about pre-existing defects will not be honoured without proof recorded at pickup.
Return delays may incur hourly or daily overrun charges aligned with prevailing rates.
The vehicle shall be returned in the condition received besides normal mechanical wear arising from prudent use.
Rental pricing & charges
Daily, weekly or monthly tiers are invoiced plus optional charges (extras, deliveries, authorised additional drivers etc.) when applicable.
Fuel tank level is documented at pickup. Refuelling service or missing fuel replenishment charges may apply per the rental agreement annex.
Traffic penalties, speeding notices and municipal tolls attributable to rental period liability follow applicable procedure and reimbursement terms described at booking.
Insurance & deposit
Third-party liability insurance is compulsory and included per statutory requirements.
Damage waivers/excess tiers are described separately; deductible amounts and exclusions (tyres/windshields/misconduct/undercarriage, etc.) mirror the underwriting policy documents shown at pickup.
Security deposits authorised with card pre-authorisations are released minus legitimate offsets for damage, deficits, overdue charges or unresolved penalties once settlement is concluded.
Use restrictions
No sub-letting unless written approval. Forbidden uses include intoxicated driving, track activities, unauthorised cross-border crossings and off-road manoeuvres incompatible with chassis protection packages.
Geographic limits imposed by underwriting must be complied with; deviations void certain cover protections.
Locks and safeguards must guard against theft.
Breakdown
Immediately contact our assistance line supplied at rental start. Unauthorized repairs incur costs unless urgently necessary for safety validated by contemporaneous photographic evidence.
Cancellations
Cancellation fee structures (if applicable) mirror your booking confirmation communicated case by case accounting for relocation or holding costs.
Contract priority
If any conflict emerges between brochure material, summaries on the web and the signed bilingual rental paperwork, priority follows the contemporaneous countersigned agreement plus referenced insurer schedules.
Complaints handling
Contact us referencing rental contract number plus supporting annexes via our email so we trace your file methodically.
